Contact acquisition tools are applications and services which give you access to significant volumes of contacts.  Some are searchable repositories; others let you pull contacts from LinkedIn and company websites.  They’re valuable if you’re entering a market and don’t have email addresses or phone numbers for your leads.  Customers either pull lists and import them to their CRM or leverage out-of-the-box integrations to import them automatically.
