Predictive Dialers

Predictive dialers scale your calling efforts.  They’re loaded with hundreds (or thousands) of contacts, and they quickly run through them dialing multiple lines at a time.  When someone answers, the other lines are dropped and a rep is connected to the person who answers.  The annoying calls you receive where there’s a delay before someone is on the line come from predictive dialers, although technological advances have largely eliminated the lag for some providers.  By dialing multiple lines at a time, dialers can increase your call volumes by 2 - 5x.  They can be an excellent option if your reps don’t need to do a lot of research before connecting with leads.
